Better than the other a "CL" a Block or so away. Great buffet $65 pesos and perfect meeting place. Directly across from Port for cruise ships and birdof prey rehab location. Daily bingo and beware - when you get your card to play with providing passport your given promotion $ but not if you add money. I missed out on the promotion.
Our whole family - 8 people between 2 units - had a wonderful time at deck 12. The views at the back are breathtaking, the views at the front are beautiful - sunsets over the ocean daily and morning cruise ships docking. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location made it easy to get anywhere by bus. The cerveceria capultepec next door had great food and great service at a great price. Will definitely return. I recommend the grocery store instead of Walmart. The latter was absolute chaos. Hasta la Vista Puerto Vallarta!
The view is amazing but since it's close to the highway it is extremely noisy, i could barely sleep there. Definitely not for long stay. The location is great, close to 2 supermarkets, the beach and marina are 5 min walk. Free parking. Hot water.
Best views and Central location to everything you need. Yes. At night it is noisy but Vacationers love to party on the water and it's all about the water - the to live for ocean and city views- at Deck 12. Love it. Every Rose has its torn. Noise vs Million dollar view?!- buy earplugs and enjoy
The pool is incredible. Cold in the morning until about 1pm when the sun is high enough to warm the deck, at that point it gets outrageously hot and sunny (in a good way).
